FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I need to cancel my registration. Can I get a refund?
Requests for refunds will be honored only if received in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org on or before January 20, 2020. A $50 processing fee will apply to all cancelled registrations. There will be no refunds or requests received after the deadline. There are no refunds for no-shows and on site registrations.
I am unable to attend Phenome. Can I send a substitute?
Yes! Substitutes must be submitted by the attendee and emailed to email@example.com with the following information: original attendees name and confirmation number, the new attendees name, email address, title, and emergency contact information.
I need an invitation letter
No problem! Requests for invitation letters can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information: attendee name, affiliation address, passport number, passport date of issue and passport issuing country.
I need a receipt
Click HERE and enter your name and confirmation number (found in your confirmation email) to view your receipt. You can then select “more options” to email the receipt to yourself, or “print options” to print the page.
I need to modify my registration information (i.e. email address, job title, company, etc)
Click HERE and enter your name and confirmation number (found in your confirmation email) to modify your registration information. You can then select “modify” to edit your details. Make sure you click through to the end to save your changes.
I’d like to register for another item (i.e. closing party, field trip, workshop)
Click HERE and enter your name and confirmation number (found in your confirmation email) to register for another item. You can then select “modify” and click through the screen to the “item selection” page to choose your additional items. Make sure you click through to the end to save your changes.
