Refunds and cancellation
Stable Pledge
This project is a part of the Stable Pledge program. The creator guarantees a full refund to backers if the change in any price estimates after the campaign's end is bigger than 10%. Backers will be granted a 100% refund upon request made within 14 days after the change announcement. Gamefound will pay back its provision to the creator, who is solely responsible for refunds. All components shown are not final and may be subject to change based on your feedback and what we think will give you the best experience. Before the pledge manager opens you can get a 90% refund by emailing us at help@playskytear.com.
If you do not log in and submit all information to the pledge manager within 10 weeks from our first notification, you agree that we have fulfilled our obligations to you in full for payment or donations received. If we have the possibility, we might at our discretion, refund or ship your pledge even if you complete all information after this 10 weeks period.
Risks and challenges
This is our third crowdfunding:
- Our first project, Skytear the MOBA, was a complex project with many miniatures and was delivered to about 1200 backers in about 6 months.
- After the complete fulfilment of the MOBA in January 2020 and for the following 2 years, we went on releasing 13 expansions for it direcly to retail in 9 different languages (even during Covid!).
- In January 2022 we Kickstarted the original Skytear Horde and delivered in just about 1 year, despite our US warehouse going out of business suddenly when it was time to ship out the rewards (we already started working with Fulfillrite that is our new US logistic partner).
Monoliths is very much comparable to Skytear Horde and we also plan to stick to the same manufacturer. We think the biggest risk of delay is connected to freight shipments from China to the various regional hubs. If we make mistakes, our goal is to learn from them and also fix them as much as possible, as we're doing with the upgrade pack.
