This is our 25th Launched Crowdfunding Campaign - 2nd on Gamefound, and we've backed over 300 Projects - We always work VERY hard to get these games out. Please note there are usually some vague areas in terms of timing when it comes to anything normally produced in China, such as Production delays, Shipping delays Customs delays. Due to the logistics of international shipping, backers in different regions may receive their rewards later than others, but this is normal, as with all Crowdfunding campaigns. We know what it takes to print a big game. We endeavor to please our backers in any way we can! We want you to enjoy our games, stories, and creations to their fullest. If there is anything that we can ever do to make your experience better, we're always here to help! Our Motto is "Of the Gamer, by the Gamer, and For the Gamer!" we know what it's like to be Ignored by Project Creators, never to get an email back from a Game Company, to have to post on a blog to get a response... Refunds and cancellation
The Backer or Late pledger is aware that crowdfunding and the Pledge are not a shop, by sending money you are supporting the Project for which you should receive a Reward. The Creator is entirely responsible for delivering the Rewards and in a shape consistent with its presentation during the crowdfunding campaign and / or on the Pledge. All complaints should be directed to the Creator of the crowdfunding campaign and / or the Pledge including Late Pledge, as we are fully responsible for our obligations to the Backer. We the Creator will communicate with the Gamefound platform in order to initiate any refund for a transaction, which will be issued and sent to the payment processor by the Gamefound platform. PLEASE NOTE Our calculations for shipping, fullfiment, and print run are based on the amount of orders that have been placed. As such any refund/cancelation that is issued will be issued the total amount pledged minus 10%
