During the campaign, pledges may be cancelled at any time by selecting the appropriate option on Gamefound.

Upon completion of the funding period, all pledges are final. You can get a full refund without any conditions by contacting customerservicerow@battlefront.co.nz within 14 days of the end of the funding period.

If you do not submit all information to the pledge manager within 6 weeks from the first notification to do so, you agree that we have fulfilled our obligations to you in full for any payments made. GF9 may, at our discretion, refund or ship your pledge even if this information is not submitted by this deadline.

All refunds are made in USD (United States Dollars).

 

GF9 is an established games company, having delivered games to our amazing fans since 1998. We are confident of the delivery of this project and believe there is no risk in this regard. Whilst we will strive to avoid delays, this is the only risk we can foresee due to any factors outside GF9's ability to control, as these may occur due to 3rd party production, shipping, and customs - but in all cases, we will seek to avoid these.

We are committed to providing the best possible end product in this campaign. All components will be produced by our trusted partners, whom we have worked with on many successful projects and who we know share our commitment to efficiency and quality.
