Refunds and cancellation
If you apply for a refund after the end of the campaign, then we will be able to refund 85% of your pledge. The difference is due to the amount of the unrecoverable fees paid to process your order.
Once we have started to pack your order, a refund will no longer be possible.
Refunds are processed via Adyen, to the credit card you used for your pledge. This project is being funded in EUR and any refunds processed will also be in EUR.

Retailers and Group Pledges
We do offer a special Reward level for retailers and group pledges.
- To qualify as a retail pledge, you must own a company which is registered with the authorities in your country. For countries within the EU, you need to provide an EU Tax number. You need to order a minimum quantity of 12 copies of either the CCBB Wood Pack Edition, the CCBB Cardboard Pack Edition, the Carnegie KS Edition (English), or any combination thereof (for instance, you could pledge 6 copies of Carnegie and 6 copies of the CCBB Wood pack edition). It is not possible to order any of the (other) rewards or add-ons. You will receive a total discount of 50% on all products added to your pledge.
- To qualify as a group pledge, you must order a minimum quantity of 10 copies of either the CCBB Wood Pack Edition, the CCBB Cardboard Pack Edition, the Carnegie KS Edition (English), or any combination thereof (for instance, you could pledge 5 copies of Carnegie and 5 copies of the CCBB Wood pack edition). On top of this, you will be able to add any number of add-ons, including the CCBB Upgrade Pack Edition. You will receive a total discount of 15% on all products added to your pledge.

Quined has been publishing board games for more than fifteen years. Our years of industry experience give us first-hand insight into publishing dos and don'ts, and we are giving our all to make this another great crowdfunding campaign
Our previous Crowdfunding Campaign, for the board game "Carnegie", was handled with care, and we delivered the product we promised.
We do not expect delays in production, but unforeseen issues may arise during manufacturing and shipping. We estimate that in a worst-case scenario, production might suffer delays of at most 30-60 days, and shipping & customs may add an extra 15-45 days. Furthermore, we have solid experience with large production runs, and we are preparing backup plans for each step of the project, from production to shipping to final delivery. We work with trusted partners for manufacturing and logistics.
By backing this project you agree that our primary responsibility to you is to ship your order as entered into the pledge management system. You are responsible for import fees or other duties that may be payable to relevant tax authorities. You also accept that you are fully liable for incorrect shipping details and that incorrect details may lead to your pledge being undeliverable or lost in transit. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. We allow a maximum of one delivery location per backer, regardless of the number of pledges/copies ordered.
Please note that geopolitical events not under our control, such as Brexit and the imposition of new tariffs on the access of goods to a country, may change the terms we offer to residents of such countries, even as we guarantee that we will do our best to avoid such issues.
